Couldn't sleep last night. Plan to go to indoor cycling tonight!!
Did 45 minutes of indoor cycling to music of the 70s (ABBA, Queen, and the BeeJees). That will get you moving. Good class, but I now have biker's butt. Ouch.
Went with the work group again to Towne Lake. Continued the 3 min run /1 min walk. Found that it was easier, but I still needed the 1 minute recovery. I still find it difficult to keep up with these guys - they are very patient.
Ran at lunch today with guys from work. It was a nice run thru the surrounding neighborhoods. The run felt really good. We are still running 3 min / walking 1 minute. I didn't feel like I needed it today, but it was hot and it was nice to cool off for the 1 minute.
